International - For many of these workshops we partnered with ALARM-Africa to present these workshops. ALARM's workshops are presented by a local ALARM organization in different countries. ALARM works in the context of their country’s concerns and people to apply biblical principals of forgiveness, understanding and peace in the communities they live in. These workshops teach what ALARM and others have done in their particular context though the principles can be applied universally.
Advanced - These workshops aim to equip those who are already reconcilers in their churches or professional settings by addressing common issues that reconcilers face. Experienced presenters will bring their expertise and case studies to real-life situations that happen in conflict resolution.
Introduction - These workshops aim to address broader issues of conflict resolution, sin issues that contribute to conflict, introductory teaching on reconciliation and personal peacemaking, teaching reconciliation to the next generation and more. Whether you are new to being an ambassador of reconciliation or a seasoned veteran these workshops will help you to live out a lifestyle of reconciliation in your home, church, work and community.
Foundational - These workshops are geared toward reconcilers who have completed the foundational reconciler training (Coaching People to Reconcile and Mediating People through Conflict) to further equip them for their service as reconcilers.
Specialized - These workshops aim to address specialized issues in the area of reconciliation.

In this workshop you will hear from an attorney who was sued in the middle of a mediation/arbitration proceeding and successfully vindicated in the local secular court and on appeal. Even when there is a lot of smiling and backslapping in these cases, we are still called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Do you know how to adequately prepare in advance to avoid liability in these types of cases? Come and learn how you can bullet-proof your conciliation practice. (“Earning Passport through Good Case Administration” is an informative workshop that may also be helpful to this topic. You can attend this workshop on August 11, 2023 at 5:00pm Mountain Time.)

What paperwork, if any, do I need to put in place? This workshop will help all who agree to assist their church or ministry by serving those in conflict. While we won’t discuss the details of intake and case administration, this time will give you the important basics we all need to keep in mind.

“What a gorgeous view!”
The sad but true tale of a church where bitterness festered for almost 20 years, initiated by an innocent comment planted the seed of bitterness in hearts, which caused conflict, strife, and ultimately a church split.
What can Cain, Naomi, and Saul teach us? Is bitterness the cloak that covers up disappointment, grief, and frustrations? In this interactive workshop, we will explore ways to identify the true root of bitterness and ways to eradicate it. Then, as peacemakers, how can we guide, encourage, and support those whose lives are wrapped up in bitterness without shaming and blaming?
See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness” springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled; Heb 12:15
