International - For many of these workshops we partnered with ALARM-Africa to present these workshops. ALARM's workshops are presented by a local ALARM organization in different countries. ALARM works in the context of their country’s concerns and people to apply biblical principals of forgiveness, understanding and peace in the communities they live in. These workshops teach what ALARM and others have done in their particular context though the principles can be applied universally.
Advanced - These workshops aim to equip those who are already reconcilers in their churches or professional settings by addressing common issues that reconcilers face. Experienced presenters will bring their expertise and case studies to real-life situations that happen in conflict resolution.
Introduction - These workshops aim to address broader issues of conflict resolution, sin issues that contribute to conflict, introductory teaching on reconciliation and personal peacemaking, teaching reconciliation to the next generation and more. Whether you are new to being an ambassador of reconciliation or a seasoned veteran these workshops will help you to live out a lifestyle of reconciliation in your home, church, work and community.
Foundational - These workshops are geared toward reconcilers who have completed the foundational reconciler training (Coaching People to Reconcile and Mediating People through Conflict) to further equip them for their service as reconcilers.
Specialized - These workshops aim to address specialized issues in the area of reconciliation.

This workshop will teach a model/diagram for diagnosing why people relate to one another they way they do based upon what is being served in the heart. It will also highlight the importance of healthy relationship skills and character traits. In other words, the diagram can be used as an x-ray into relationship dynamics between parties so that a plan for change can be developed.

The culture demands a victim-centric approach to abuse allegations (including mandatory investigations, public exposure, and worldly justice). In contrast, this workshop aims to educate Christians Conciliators with a biblical perspective of power and abuse issues, while encouraging them to maintain a Christ-centric and trauma-informed approach to biblical peacemaking that offers hope for redemption for both victim and offender.

Therefore, one of the most effective things we can do is to provide meaningful homework for their reflection. Many resources are available to you for this task! This workshop presents an alternative model for opening the first joint session in mediation. The presenter shifted to using this model a couple of decades ago, finding that it can more effectively focus the parties on each other’s “story” than the typical beginning of GOSPEL framework. The goal of this model is to invite listening to understand and appreciating the impacts of the circumstances - one might say it is a structured storytelling. A unique aspect of this alternative model is the use of music early in the process to worship together before launching into dialogue. We will further discuss the opportunities for incorporating music into the conciliation process.
