Assessment at a Glance
Conflicts in any group are normal. How we respond to them is what sets us apart. This assessment is ideal for determining if your group will benefit from a more involved reconciliation process. We provide an impartial and anonymous third party view into the way individuals throughout your group are experiencing conflict. Is it constructive? Or, destructive? Beginning with an online survey instrument resulting in detailed reports, it also includes six (6) hours of consultation on a time & materials basis for a base fee of $950. Group Reconciliation Process
1.
Start in the Word
"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We'll start by studying God's Word individually or in a webinar entitled Conflict Resolution vs Reconciliation.
2.
Apply the Word
Your reconciler will meet with team members individually and in groups to help everyone apply Scripture to their workplace experience. We call this "pre-mediation coaching" and it is focused on preparing members for a fruitful experience in mediation.
3.
Reconcile/Restore
This culminates with the reconciler leading the team or sub-teams in Christian Mediation where, by God's grace, the team can reconcile personal offenses and resolve material issues.
