Structuring the Healthy Congregation Seminar and Consultation

Based on decades of experience with hundreds of congregations, Ambassadors of Reconciliation offers teaching and consultation services for Lutheran congregations considering a change in their organization structure.

 

Rather than a traditional 8-board model or a single board with pastor as CEO structure, we have developed a hybrid model specifically designed for Lutheran congregations. This model honors the LCMS doctrine and practice of the Divine Call. We not only provide written materials including sample bylaws and policy manuals, but we also provide the consultation necessary for guiding a congregation through structural change.
