Reconcilers Equipping Reconcilers Begins Soon!

Summer is flying by. This is something we say every year, but I feel it is especially true this year. This means that we are less than 2 weeks away from the start of our 2023 Virtual Conference that begins on August 2, 2023. We have been working hard to prepare for the multitude of workshops that will be given by our expert, insightful and experienced workshop instructors filling up our schedule for the whole month. Here are a few spotlights on what our conference has to offer so you can register today, for FREE by the way, to attend.

Opening Session – We will have an opening and closing session that we invite everyone to attend. Like a plenary at an in-person conference we will feature a keynote speaker. To open, we have our very own Dwight Schettler, President of Ambassadors of Reconciliation and the Institute for Christian Conciliation, to share the vision, challenge and call for us to be ambassadors of the great reconciliation work of our God. This session will also give you insights into how the workshops work so you can be best prepared to attend. It will also give you the opportunity to interact with other attendees. Join us on August 2, 2023 at 5:00pm Mountain Time.

Conflict Resolution vs Reconciliation – This six-part series of workshops will walk you through our basic teaching on resolving conflict in a biblically-faithful manner that not only solves the issues but also restores the relationships. These workshops will be taught by a team of 5 from our most recent Teaching a Reconciliation Seminar course that share their insight, perspective, and knowledge on this important and foundational teaching. Highly recommended for those who may be new to our ministry.

Panels – We’ve assembled panelists from around the world of reconciliation to share their personal real-life experience and expertise on a variety of topics – for counselors, for pastors/leaders, for attorneys and spotlighting the “up and coming” to this ministry who have a passion to serve the Lord in this area. Join us for these valuable workshops with plenty of time for Q&A.

Author Workshops – Did you know that we have several authors in our midst? Sharing content from their encouraging and fruit-building books, hear their heart for the Gospel in workshops by Oletha Barnett, Bob Jones, Ted Kober, Rick Marrs and Tim Sellers.

Workshops for the Family – Conflict plays itself most frequently in our own homes. Several workshops address these relationships in the context of marriage and teaching our children the importance of reconciliation in these workshops. “The Heart of Peacemaking with Children & Youth”, Humility & Courage of Loving Honestly”, “Teaching Peacemaking to Children & Young People – an Introduction to PeaceWiseKids & PeaceWiseYouth” and “Cross-Shaped Conversations with Children & Youth”.

Advanced Workshops – Dealing with conflicts involving trauma, domestic violence, grief and loss involve delicate and wisdom-filled care to address these situations. Complicated mediation and arbitration situations also call for extra training. Learn from seasoned reconcilers on how to navigate these waters.

**ALL workshops qualify for CCC or Candidate Continuing Education Credits**

There are too many great workshops to list, so we encourage you to check out the schedule for details. We look forward to seeing you soon and pray that this serves to equip you for the essential world that the Lord has called you to.

“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of his will, according to this purpose, which he set forth in Christ" - Ephesians 1:7-9
